First edition of this scarce trade magazine for wheat & flour milling companies, and commercial bakeries touting the latest trends and information. The lavish ads fill more than half of the issue with a detailed directory at the end, listing the companies producing milling equipment, bakery equipment, flour sacks, as well as the myriad of flour and other finished grain products. The companies and brands include Red Star, Pillsbury, Admiral, Topper, Made-Rite Flour, Mother Hubbard, Big Diamond, and Eagle Roller Milling Co.
