Expected library inserts, stamps and inscriptions. Clean pages with light tanning and mild foxing throughout. More pronounced to free endpapers and pastedowns. Pencil markings to front free endpaper. Top textblock edge dyed gilt. Rough cut pages. Binding remains firm. Boards have moderate edge-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Moderate tanning to spine and edges with crushing to spine ends. Visible wear marks to boards.

Slight cracking to gutters causing binding to be loose, however pages remain attached. Pages have light tanning and foxing throughout. Previous owner's inscriptions to front free endpaper. Boards have light shelf-wear with corner bumping. Slight crushing to spine ends. Unclipped jacket has moderate edgewear with chips, tears, and creasing. Light tanning to spine and edges. Wear marks overall.
