New York: Harper & Brothers, 1956. Study of banking policies in regard to the various 'publics' the bank serves, including stockholders, customers, communities, governments. INSCRIBED by the author, a Chicago banker, to a small-town Wisconsin banker; laid in is a typed letter to the inscribee noting their meeting at an A.B.A. (one supposes that's the American Banking Association, not American Booksellers Association) meeting. Later printing. Hardcover, full black cloth, gilt titling. Light wear, one corner lightly bumped; jacket shows minor creasing, light irregular tanning. Text clean; xi, [3], 298 pages; index, appendices.. Inscribed by the Author. Later Printing. Hard Cover. Very Good/Very Good. 5¾" by 8½".
