The spine has darkened with age and the covers are worn with some rubbing. Stated First Edition, July 1928. Foxing to the first few pages, the interior text is clean & unmarked. Back end paper missing and cracking to the back edge. "Wren immortalized the French Foreign Legion in Beau Geste and many other novels of high adventure and romance.
