The classic cookbook that Boomers grew up with, the one with the orange covers illustrated with the famous pie chart on the cover! This is the 5-ring binder FIRST EDITION, orig. published in 1969; this being the 11th printing from 1972. Condition is VG+: incredibly clean! Orange pictorial covers are bright & colors are vivid: no fading. All pages & orange-tabbed page dividers intact, with moderate wear (creasing) to most all The binding is strong, no rips or tears. The yellow herb & spice charts inside both covers show a bit of edgewear & some small, random, soiled spots from previous cooks. Interior pages are very clean, also with the occasional spot. The title page has come loose. Absolutely NO writing/highlighting/underlining. Only real flaw is slight rubbing to extremities, particularly along bottom edges & corners.
