The dust jacket is doing its job very nicely; it is scuffed on its edges from shelf wear. ; Small 4to 9" - 11" tall; 256 pages; More than 350 recipes based on today's (1983) interest in wholesome cooking and moderate use of salt sugar and fat. Highlighting important nutrient and calorie content. It has a chart with nutrition information per serving unit. The book is illustrated with great pictures of the finished dishes.
