Charlotte, North Carolina: WBTV, 1965. First Edition First Printing Second Printing. Soft cover. Fair. Octavo. 331 pages, indexed. Softcover in white and green wrappers with a white plastic comb spine. Moderate rubbing to covers. Text is quite sound. The plastic comb spine is heavily chipped, and there is a 4 inch piece missing. An ink inscription form 1965 is written on the title page. A pencil mark is on the dedication and introduction pages. A nice reading copy of this Carolina classic. According to the copyright page, this is the First Edition, 2nd printing (even though the front cover states "New Edition"). The 1st printing was published in 1964 (pre-dated in 1957 by Betty Feezor's Best). This volume contains over 800 recipes. Contains just a few illustrations.
