The text is illustrated with 4 inserts, of eight pages, of black-and-white photographs throughout the text. Silver coloured boards with metallic silver coloured titles to the backstrip. Colour photographic dustwrapper, of author, with a black-and-white photo on the rear dustwrapper panel with white and silver titles to the front panel and white and purple titles to the backstrip.
