1717 RARE Romansh Language Swiss BIBLE Chur Coire Switzerland Grey League
An extremely rare and obscure 18th-century Romansh language Bible. This unique Bible was printed at Coire [Chur], Switzerland by Andrea Pfeffer in 1717. Romansh language Bibles are exceedingly rare, especially those printed in the 1700s. According to William Coxe, this Bible was translated into Romansh of the Grey League, a Swiss member of the 15th-century Three Leagues.
