"Door last van de der Hoog Mog: Heeren Staten Generaal der Vereenigde Nederlanden en Volgens het Besluit vande Sinode Nationaal gehouden in de Jaren 1618 en 1619 te Dordrecht." 416, 132, [96], 65, [2] leaves [1422 p.]: music; 17 cm. Full contemporary calf with five gilt-ruled spine compartments; gilt-tooled titled in second compartment. Gilt-ruled borders on each board. One center clasp. Marbled endpapers. Former owner's name on blank leaf following front free endpaper: Matje. Broodman. States-General version. Engraved title page, with Acte van consent, dated 1832, on verso. New Testament and Psalms have separate title pages dated 1837. Without the Apocrypha. Followed by: Het Boek der Psalmen, dated 1837. Circular stamp at upper corner of 3rd leaf and on last page: Bybel Genootschap. In Fair Condition: both boards are detached but present; front free endpaper, engraved title page, and following leaf detached as a unit; 3 cm. along lower edge of engraved title lacking; back free endpaper detached but present; creasing of some page corners; text block is otherwise solid.
