Raised bands and decorative gilt motif to spine; red calf label with gilt short title to spine. Hinges beginning near head of spine. Bookplates of noted proverb collector Colonel de Guinzbourg and the library of the Prince Regnant of Lichtenstein to front pastedown. Some edges deckled. Foxing throughout. Otherwise, a nice, clean, surprisingly crisp copy of this hard to find book. ; Folio 13" - 23" tall; viii, vi, 7-600 pages; All shipments through USPS insured Priority Mail. .
