The frontispiece features a detailed wood-engraved view signed J.F. Sullivan of the asylum, and the additional wood-engraved plate features the "Summer Retreat. Publisher's brown wrappers printed in black; very minor chipping to edges. Interior lightly age-toned, protective tissue to frontispiece creased.
