Appears unread, yellow endpapers, one-quarter yellow cloth with green paper covered boards, pages are very clean, bright and binding tight. Neat owners inscription on the first endpaper. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. Price clipped, rubbing, closed tears to upper corner edges as expected for a vintage dust jacket of this age. Illustrated by Marie Sendak. Originally published in 1962 before Sendak's "Where the Wild Things Are" in 1963 today regarded as the artist's best known masterpiece.Classic 1960's children's fantasy book from a major illustrator, collectible. 62 pgs. 4to.
