(CAD) Preseumed 1st edition, Owner's name to end paper, this is a well used "venerable" book with some spotting to cloth covers, the signatures are shakened, but holding, one colour plates is missing (LII), thus sold as Acceptable ; no dust jacket probably as published. Blue cloth, pp, index. Plates I- LXXXIV in colour; figure 1-70 key to page 23 and 71-315 scattered throughout text. (4.0 JM FO 52/0. 1st. Hardcover. Acceptable/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
