Inscribed by "To Major General Charles L. [Lewis] Scott [1883-1954] with my compliments Albert W. Harris 8/5/1941" . 4to. pp. xv, [1], 176. Very Good/No jacket, as issued. Preface by Major Henry Leonard. Light cap and corner wear, foxed pastedowns. General Scott was the commander of the 2nd Armored Division of the United States Army in WWII ("Hell on Wheels") with Colonel George S. Patton in charge of training. (Oversize)..
