New York: Kennikat Press, 1965. Second edition. Two volumes in black cloth with two separate slipcases made by the previous owner who was a binder. Very good condition with good hinges, firm text blocks, very clean pages with a name and date at the top of the front free endpapers, no other markings. The slipcases are also very good with minimal wear, structurally sound.. Hard Cover. Very Good/Very Good Slipcases. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
