Burgundy cloth, gilt titling on spine, tiny bookbinder's plate inside front cover, grey end papers, occasional black and white illustrations, 624 pages, occasional advertising in text. Cover is clean and bright, minor shelf wear, text block edges slightly darkened/foxed, library ink stamp, ink notation and pocket inside front cover, edges of endpapers lightly foxed, text is clean and tight. This is a handsome book, in nice condition. Book is overweight. Shipping charges are calculated for a standard parcel under 1 kg.
