Near fine, a touch of bleed through from the jacket lower front board. In the original photographic dust jacket, embrowned and soiled at the spine, reddish tidemark lower left front panel and lower spine. Real life story of Kennett Rawson who, at age fourteen, was invited to act as cabin boy by Donald MacMillan on his 1925 Arctic Expedition. Uncommon in dust jacket.
