Paris: Alain Brieux, 1963. First edition. Card wraps in slipcase. Fine. In the oblong 8vo slipcase with printed paper title label to centre. Vol 2, imitation limp vellum wrappers in card with ties, a facsimile of the ‘Bizzarie’ etchings by 17th-century Florentine artist Giovanni Battista Braccelli, reproduced from the only known complete copy, of American bibliophile Lessing Rosenwald. A limited edition of 500 copies printed on Hollande Van Gelder, this being No. 401. The slipcase has some minor sun fade to rear, else fine. Some creasing to ties which appear not to have been tied.
