Green cloth hardcover in pictorial dustjacket. In burgundy and cream box with some soiling. Book inside like new. Text in Portuguese.
Title translates as "Brasil as seen by Thomas Ender." The text is accompanied by a 31 page English-language booklet introducing Thomas Ender, the Brazil of 1817 and providing caption translations. Thomas Ender was an Austrian landscape painter whose visit to Brazil led to the creation of nearly 1,000 drawings and watercolours.
