Preserved in a custom quarter morocco folding box. . Nearly fine with the slightest of effacement to the publisher's imprint on the spine. There are a few tiny spots to the fore-edge. The "Breakfast" jacket is faded at the spine as usual, but is otherwise free from chipping and is not price-clipped. The "Nine Lives" jacket has some minor spotting and soiling, but is otherwise right and sharp. . 8vo,. Laid in is a photo of Audrey Hepburn and George Peppard in costume; Peppard (Varjak) is autographing a copy of his "Nine Lives." Also laid in is a purported autograph letter on printed letterhead [HOLLY GOLIGHTLY / (Travelling)] signed by Holly Golightly, referencing this prop book and the Varjak dust jacket copy including quotes from Jimmy Starr, Harrison Carroll, Louella Parsons and Hedda Hopper.
