Torino: Tip. Roux e Viarengo, 1902. First Edition. Hardcover. 823pp. Later red half cloth over patterned paper boards, spine with leather label lettered in gold. Original covers preserved. An in-depth history of the Brigade Grenadiers of Sardinia. With four full color plates illustrating uniforms, maps and many b&w illustrations. With the signature of a second lieutenant of the Brigade on the original cover and flyleaf and the armorial bookplate with the brigade motto "A me le guardie" affixed to the verso of the cover. Internally clean but for some mild scattered foxing. A few small stains to the original wraps. About near fine. In the Italian language. ; Large Octavo.
