Front cover barely held on by clear packing tape applied to the front hinge, other external wear and soil, text block sound, includes 14 of 16 hand colored plates, 28 of 34 black and white plates, most plates good to very good but several affected by foxing or finger soil to margins, pages age-toned with intermittent foxing, some writing (numbers and totals) on verso of frontis plate, no other markings. . Hard Cover. Fair. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.

Prelims foxed and contemporary black half-calf binding/red spine label/gilt title rubbed at edges & corners and splitting at head and foot of front board joints. Page edges marbled.
