Weekly journals bound together in two volumes containing articles, correspondence, parliamentary notes, building intelligence, designs, tenders, etc. and numerous black and white illustrations, plates and plans. Modern binding in dark red quarter leather with raised bands on spine and black and gilt spine labels. Marbled covers, darkened upper text block edge. Clean red replacement end-papers and additional end-papers. Original free end-papers and titles. Index at front. Text in three columns. Tight binding, clean pages and plates. Some, but not all, double plates are tightly bound, obscuring the image close to the gutter. Some plates have faint library stamps on reverse.
