The Author ; The Ditchling Press, Ditchling (printer), 1957. First Edition. Softcover. Good/No Jacket. Meikle, Jill. Signed. 45 pages (complete). A much owned copy. Noeline Barry inscribed and signed the frontispage (dated: Salisbury, August- 1971). She also signed the title page (noting too that the book was considered the London Poetry Society's 'Book of the Year' 1957). The paper covers are much worn about the edges and spine. They are scuffed and marked by handling and shelving. Nonetheless, the covers are comfortable and secure. The contents have evidence of avid use throughout. The pages have handling marks and wear and creasing. However, the pages are mild-mannered, clean, clear, contented, affable. fk. Our orders are shipped using tracked courier delivery services.
