Octavo; cloth a little bumped and sunned at the extremities; edges, endpapers and first and last few leaves a little foxed or offset; an excellent copy with the slightly chipped and torn dustwrapper. Inscribed, dated (27 October 1927) and signed by the author to the contemporary Sydney author H.E. Boote.
