Decorated cloth. 8vo. 230 pp. Presentation copy, inscribed and signed by Thornton Wilder on half-title page to Horace Bridges (leader of the Ethical Union, scholar, author, and lecturer). Moderate shelf wear and smudging to boards, with corners slightly bumped. Previous owner's inscription to flyleaf, with extensive penciled notes to blank pages following text. Altogether a copy in Very Good condition. (Subject: Fiction.)
