First Edition, 171 pages, illustrations, catalog 56 facsimile in rear pocket, leather spine, limited to 475 copies, this one in a custom slipcase beautifully hand-crafted with rounded leather bands at the ends. Folio, 1/4 red Moroccan leather binding over red and white patterned boards. Title gilt stamped on spine. Printed by Robert Grabhorn and Andrew Hoyem. Very light wear to exterior, corners and edges of book and slipcase, corners bumped slightly, slipcase has a bit of wear near the opening but is still quite handsome, light sunfading to edges of slipcase. We have a rather large collection of Western Americana that we acquired from one John Brunt of Walla Walla, Washington. Brunt owned and operated a bookstore in Glendale, CA for many years, crafting beautiful custom slipcases for many of the books in his Western Americana collection numbering nearly a thousand titles.
