Limited, numbered, signed edition of 75 copies. Signed by author on the verso of title page and numbered 24. Another Inscription on same page reads, "For Ruby and Jay with an old affection very sincerely Jack....August 31, 1943." Daniel Whitehead Hicky was best known to his friends as "Jack Hicky.
