Dawson Brothers, 1874 This Appears To Be A First Edition, Being Published In 1874 By Dawson Brothers. It Is In Good Solid Condition, With Some Foxing, Browning And Rubbing To Corners, But With No Glaring Flaws. Both Foldout Map And Chart Are Present. A Few Of The 244 Pages Show Some Underlining. The Boards Are Rust Colored With Some Staining And Rubbing, Gilt Spine Titles Still Legible And Brown Top Stain Still Present. The book was part of an auction lot from the estate of John Lecky, and the Bookplate Is Presumed To Be That Of his grandfather, H.R. Macmillan, Cc Cbe, Founder Of The H.R. Macmillan Export Company, Which Later Merged To Become Macmillan-Bloedel. There Is An Owner Signature "Roberts" Facing The Bookplate.
