In card cover binding with cloth spine. Labels inside and out. Title written on spine. Ink stamps and notations to title page along with small tear and small holes. Purple notation and pin holes on fold-out map. Title continues: "Being the First After Leap Year. Containing Full and Authentic Commercial, Statistical, Astronomical, Departmental, Ecclesiastical, Educational, Financial, and General Information".
