Toronto, Canada: Northern Miner Press Limited, 1979 An annual publication compiled by the editorial staff of The Northern Miner, Canada's national mining newspaper. Handbook is presented as a ready reference to the active mining companies of Canada, and to organizations not now active. Orange soft cover with black titling on spine and front, rounded corners, black and white maps at back, advertising throughout, some with black and white illustrations as well as a few in colour, 404 pages. Tucked into book is a folded black, white and red map showing Northern Saskatchewan Uranium Area. Cover has light edge wear, shelf wear with rubbing of colour, light creases front and back, text block edges have minor spots of discolouration. This is a nice looking book, clean, and tight. Shipping charges are calculated for a standard parcel under 1 kg. Additional charges will apply for heavier shipments, but not until the customer agrees.
