Reprinted in New York by the Macmillan Company, 1908, and with the former owner's bookplate loosely laid-in, being from the Illinois-based poet, Earnest Elmo Calkins. 209 pp. + addendum and advertisements. Decorative cloth, quite handsomely produced with lovely illustrations. Rubbing to and bumping of spine head and foot, else a lovely little tome. Additional postage may be required for oversize or especially heavy volumes, and for sets.
