This lettepress sheet features an affixed full color reproduction of an aquarelle of Benito Juarez by Francisco Toledo, bordered by reproductions of the $1.20 Juarez postage stamp. At the top in an intricate border of ornaments is an actual Juarez stamp.

The text is Victor García's poetic tribute to the Oaxaca Philatelic Museum on its 20th anniversary: "...Las estrellas se bañan en el espejo del estanque..." (The stars bathe themselves in the mirror of the pond...)
