Parkinson's paper is on pp. 57-58. Entire volume: xiii, 383 pp. Contemporary half calf, plain blue boards. First case of appendicitis reported in English, and the first in which perforation was recognized as the cause of death. Garrison-Morton-Norman 3560 (first edition of 1812).
