London: Cassell, 1944. First Edition. Hard Cover. Dust Jacket. First UK Edition. Publisher's turquoise-green cloth with black lettering. A VG copy (contemporary inscription and date to the FFEP and the half-title) in like D/W missing the bottom 1/2 inch or so of the spine removing the word CASSELL and with a small, insignificant chip to the top edge of the back panel. Uncommon in my experience.
