Original decorative card wrappers, 9.5 x 7 inches; (72) pp., profusely illustrated from b/w photographs throughout. Minor rubbing to wrappers, upper outside corner bumped, else very good Catalogue of the exhibition at the Museum of the Brooklyn Institute of Arts and Sciences with an introduction by then curator William Henry Goodyear. Catalogue by John Getz with 145 items fully described. The collection was given to the Museum by collector Samuel P. Avery in 1909-1910. Scarce.
