Washington DC: Government Printing Office, 1916. First edition. Hardcover. Good/No jacket. 196 pages, illustrated with maps and black and white plates. An account of the speeches and discussions of the centennial celebration. Red cloth bindign with gilt titles on front cover and spine. Heavy stains at bottom of covers, light edge wear, some spotting and a little scrubbing, corners and spine ends bumped, small pencil notation on front fixed end paper, end papers a little spotted, interior pages lightly tanned, binding tight.
