The first end page has a written, dated dedication and a very small chip on the top. The title page has three historical society stamps. The covers are in great shape with beveled edges and bright gold lettering/designs - the covers show just a hint of edgewear. This old book looks and feels great! We always ship in a sturdy cardboard box!<br>
