This dictionary has been prepared for members of the Central (Stuart Lake) dialect of the Carrier language, which belongs to the Athapaskan language family. Blue cloth with gilt titling on spine and front, dictionary contains Central Carrier to English and English to Central Carrier, six Appendices: Alphabet, Athapaskan Dialect Map, Grammar Sketch, Kinship, Calendar, and Counting Systems, small black and white illustrations, 397 pages. Text block edge has some very pale spots of discolouration, book is otherwise clean and tight. Dust jacket has edge wear with a few closed tears and associated creases which have been repaired with clear tape, light shelf wear which includes a half-inch spot on back where colour is missing, otherwise jacket is clean and bright. Shipping charges are calculated for a standard parcel under 1 kg. Additional charges will apply for heavier shipments, but not until the customer agrees.
