Octavo, three-quarter leather and pebblecloth, gilt lettering and accents, floral endpapers. 960 pp. Illustrated from engravings, photographs and illustrations. Spine bottom gilt-stamped "Lorimer Ogden". Some scuffing and spotting, but a bit less than is typical. Binding is very sturdy, age-toning of the clean textblock is minimal. Very Good. The May through October, 1896, issues of the Century Magazine, nearly 1,000 hardbound pages. Replete as always with illustrations - engravings, some photographs - including of Frederic Remington's sculpture, "The Bronco Buster" - and other illustrations (see scanned images). - L68
