Boards have mild edge-wear with slight rubbing to surfaces. Soft crushing to spine ends. Heavy tanning to spine and edges. Black marks to edges. Textblock is shaky. Book has a visible forward lean.

Pencil inscriptions to front endpaper. Ex libris plate to front endpaper. Slight water stains to rear pastedown. Boards have some moderate edge wear, with slight bumping to corners and minor bumping to spine ends. Boards a little rubbed and marked overall. Spine is noticeably sunned and foxed. Book has a moderate forward lean. Large brown spot to front. Gilt is bright.
