Near Fine DJ in protective mylar Brodart cover, with slight abrasion to bottom of DJ and title block and mild tanning overall. Shelf wear to front cover and 1/3 inch tall x 1 inch long discoloration at bottom of front cover, otherwise flawless. This book was given by the Charleston Exchange Club as a gift to Col. Frank J. MacNees as a gift for a speech he presented in 1952 (inscribed to that effect on frontis). Gorgeous black and white architectural photos.
