New York: MacMillan, 1931. first edition. Hardcover. Very good. 9 1/2 x 12 in. Not paginated.Black and red cloth boards with printed paper label. Lavish full-pg. B&W photos of Chinese architecture and gardens. Condition is VERY GOOD ; corners and spine ends bumped with moderate wear, covers a bit toned at edges, a few tiny spots. Spine titles a bit faded but still legible. Binding tight and text bright and unmarked. Color pictoral endpapers have toning to the edge along the binding front and rear. Very scarce. Arch. RGR. ETS.
