Oxford and London: James Parker and Co., 1876. Hardcover. Good. Octavo. 382 pages. Bound in flexible soft leather with titles in gilt. The binding is rubbed, especially along the front hinge. The hinge is still sound. Rubbing and scuffing about the extremities. Lacks the front flyleaf. A sound copy in a sturdy binding and with clean text. All edges gilted. There are numerous nice decorative head and tail pieces, and some of the Capitals are in red. Each page is ruled in red. An attractive publication. The binding measures 7 3/4 inches tall by 6 inches wide.

London: Rivingtons, 1874. Hardcover. Good/No Jacket. 16mo - over 5¾ - 6¾" tall. A 'New Edition'.Actuall edition and impression not known. In quite good black leather with gilt ruled edges and black titles to front. The covers are fairly tight and straight, with some light marks; edge-worn, especially to spine ends and sides. Quite clean end papers. Gilt cut edges. The text block is in good plus condition - red ruled pages, not tanned or foxed; prelims a little marked. Broken tan ribbon marker inside. No dedications etc. Without jacket.
