294 pages. Strange events beset a wealth family at their remote estate on Lake Superior. Blue cloth binding with gilt titles on spine. Some tanning along edges of cover, light shelf wear, a little spotting, former owner's name, "Mrs Alvin Roberts" on front free end paper, interior pages lightly tanned, binding tight.Illustrated dust jacket with yellow and white titles is torn and creased at top edge, sows a little edge wear and chipping, a little tanning, clipped at top and bottom of inside folds.
