With an introduction by then-Tel Aviv mayor Shlomo Lahat. Glossy, pictorial paper-covered boards. An attractive copy. Tipped in to the front free-endpaper is a typed note signed by Lahat, giving the book to Sammy Davis, Jr. Dated 1982, the note is written on letterhead of the Tel Aviv mayor's office and is affixed with the mayoral seal.
