Color art of Fort Sumter on front and of union soldiers arriving to the fort on the rear. Articles by Arthur Wilcox, editor, and Warren Ripley, state editor, of the Charleston Evening Post. Maps and b/w illustrations. Couple of light spots on front. Near very good: no chips or tears or marks.
