Washington D.C.: USGPO, 1961. 1st ed. . Paperback. Near Fine/No Jacket. 156 pages. Parts I and II Civil War Naval Chronology in post-bound flex-vinyl binding, covering April 1861 to December 1862. B/w illustrations throughout. Cover is navy blue with gilt title and seal of the Department of the Navy on front. No title on spine. This is the first volume issued, each covering one year of the conflict. These were followed in 1966 by Part VI containing a cumulative index and additional articles of interest. All were gathered into one large hardcover volume published in 1971 Near Fine/No Jacket. Solid, unmarked and no wear. Item #: E3465.
