Two matching volumes with blue spine with gilt lettering and black covers with gilt crest and simple decoration and dusted with gilt (more apparent on Volume II than Volume I) Volume I published in 1928 (1927 on spine), Volume II in 1930. Volume I has light shelf-wear to the lower edges and lower corners. Volume II also has light shelf-wear to lower edge but lower corners are more heavily scuffed. Binding in both volumes is sound and pages and plates are clean. Both volumes contain colour frontis, black and white plates and other black and white vignettes.
